About Us
David Kellenberger is the founder of the company and has an extensive business background. He believes personal and business integrity are key to success in any business operation.
Mr. Kellenberger has been involved in business brokerage and commercial real estate since 2000. He has had extensive training in both specializations. Business Broker training has been through Business Broker's Network and the International Business Broker's Association. Real Estate education is required annually and extensive additional training and evidence of success is required to obtain the CCIM designation, a designation achieved by fewer than 1% of Realtors. He is affiliated with the dominant real estate firm in Lafayette, LA: Van Eaton & Romero 337-267-4109.
Education:
Mr. Kellenberger has an Industrial Engineering degree from Kansas State University, and an MBA from Xavier University through affiliation with the University of Kentucky where he attended classes. He has considerable education in International Business at the graduate level from the School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas.
Experience:
In addition to successful management of multi-state and multi-national plants and divisions, Mr. Kellenberger has been a registered Professional Engineer, a licensed Real Estate Broker, a national trade association president, a member of the Texas State Bar Association Grievance Committee, and a bank board member. He is very active in his local church.
As a business broker, he has achieved the professional designations of "Certified Business Broker", "Business Transfer Specialist" and "Financial Recasting Consultant" from the Business Broker's Network.
As a Realtor, he is in the fewer than 1% of Realtors to achieve the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
He understands business and the challenges business owners face, and is able to help you sell or buy your Business or Real Estate Investment. He will handle your transactions with confidentiality and integrity.
