Mr. Kellenberger has an Industrial Engineering degree from Kansas State University, and an MBA degree from Xavier University. He has considerable education in International Business on the graduate level from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Background and Experience:
Mr. Kellenberger was involved in running manufacturing businesses and divisions for over twenty years. His operations received awards for Texas Business of the Year twice, and his operations won the Industry Week Magazine's Prestigous "America's Best Plants" award. He worked several years consulting businesses to ISO 9000 standards.
Mr. Kellenberger has been a registered Professional Engineer, licensed real estate broker,
professional association president, public member of a state Bar Association Grievance Committee, and bank board member. He is very active in his local church. As a business broker, he has achieved the professional designations of "Certified Business Broker", "Business Transfer Specialist" and "Financial Recasting Consultant". Mr. Kellenberger was selected from 450 Business Brokers Network members for the 2005 Top Gun award for outstanding achievements in business brokerage.
As a Realtor, Mr. Kellenberger is in the fewer than 1% of Realtors to achieve the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
